The role of the Project Manager is to review contracts, discuss pre-installation procedures and survey the site. Your Project Manager will be responsible for ensuing that health and safety issues are controlled and documented. Site briefings, project meetings, pre-erection technical meetings will all be undertaken by your Project Manager, enabling you to continue with core business activities. We will manage site personnel allocation and ensure balance and control.
Site welfare, tooling and plant allocation will be controlled from a single point. Bender Forrest maintains self sufficient site operations, irrespective of contract size, demands or location. Amongst our many procedures, we provide computer logged tooling, which is tagged, tested and certified. Our services include site plant, welfare facilities, craneage, packing and shipment.
