We always provide the client with final alignment and machine setting reports to complete the communication and documentation of the project. From a technical perspective, machinery is installed and set optically to an accuracy of ± 0.15mm/30m distance for level and parallelism. Drive couplings laser aligned axially to a maximum accuracy of 0.01mm, softfoot checks. All the shim material is stainless steel.
