Bender Holdings Ltd acquires Millwide Engineering Services Ltd

Bender Holdings Ltd is delighted to announce the acquisition of Millwide Engineering Services Ltd on 18th March 2005 to complement their comprehensive service to the paper industry.

“When added to our current activities, Millwide Engineering Services further establishes Bender Holdings as the UK’s largest independent provider of Engineering Services to the paper & board industry” said Bob Byrom, Operations Director, Bender. “Our scope of maintenance, repair and overhaul services with patented technologies now complemented with process design and project management offers a more competitive and flexible package in answer to the growing demands placed on our customers internationally”.

Millwide’s history of providing industry with qualified and responsive Engineers and Project Mangers will continue with the existing management team remaining in place.
