Bender's Field Service Crew and equipment arrive at the mill prepared to complete the job with a minimum of downtime. After establishing a work scope between Bender and mill personnel, where each step of the procedure is completely discussed, the job commences. Field service technicians begin work around-the-clock until the job is completed.

Consistent with their philosophy of continuing research and development, experimentation with coated abrasives has led to the use of advanced grind materials which assure rapid stock removal. A minimum and precise amount of stock is removed from the dryer surface and finished to exact customer specifications. When required, superfinishing techniques can provide extremely fine surface finishes as a final step.
